Hi @ola_supports @Olacabs I took a ride from a railway station, the driver asked me to pay the railway station parking fee in cash so I paid that in cash. But when the ride ended, I see parking charges included in my bill. Also, your in app support is pathetic

Hi @SamsungIndia I bought a monitor for roughly 10k 3 years back, the warranty expired on 31st June. 7-8 days later, I started seeing lines on the monitor; raised a support ticket. The support team are telling me it’s going to take around 9.3k to fix it. What a complete joke.

Hi @Lenskart_com pathetic service, we made 2 glasses from Lenskart last year, these frames were not meant for high powered lens, no one advised us while we bought them + these frames are discontinued due to product issue (1/n)

These frames are metallic, and the glasses are continuously falling off, I have visited your store at least 6-7 times in the last year. After spending 7k, I’m left with two glasses which don’t fit me properly. Thanks for nothing.

@DaikinIndia I had purchased an ac in 2021. In just 2.5 years, the ac is not cooling anymore, today, the technician visited, he saw a leak in the cooling coil. And now to replace the coil, it’s going to take 10-15k more. This is really poor quality control. Absolutely shoddy.
