i will teach you guys something, pay solid attention and walk with me;
most nights, place a clear glass of water beside your bed. by morning, it’s said you can read the energy of your space. this simple feng shui practice is believed to reveal the unseen flow around you while you sleep.
before going to bed, take a clean glass and fill it with clear water. hold it gently with both hands for a few seconds. look into it and quietly say, while i rest, cleanse what i cannot see. absorb the heavy energy and carry away anything that does not belong to me. in that moment, you’re giving the water a task.
water by nature, absorbs energy easily and respond to intention. once you’re done, place the glass next to your bed and go to sleep as you normally would.
in the morning, pay close attention.
if the water is filled with bubbles, almost like it has been boiling overnight, it has absorbed heavy or negative energy from your surroundings. if it appears cloudy or different from how you left it, the energy may be even more intense possibly built up stress or lingering spiritual presence over time. if the water remains clear, then your environment is calm and balanced.
one important rule: do not drink the water. pour it away, as it has completed its task then rinse the glass thoroughly.
if the water isn’t clear on the first night, repeat the process for seven nights to help cleanse and rebalance your space. don’t be afraid of what you find. what matters more is realizing you may have been resting in that energy for longer than you knew.
