Founder @Preskyorganics | Skincare & Haircare Formulator
I teach founders to formulate products AND sell them out
Formulation + Marketing + Copy that converts
Hi, I'm Rejoice Emmanuel,
I studied Human Kinetics and Health Education but built a career in skincare and haircare formulation.
Founder of Preskyorganics.
I teach people how to formulate quality products and build successful brand.
Welcome to my page
3. Your skin appears red more often than usual, even without an obvious trigger.
4. Your skin loses its smooth texture and may begin to peel or feel rough to the touch.
Here are some common signs that your skin barrier may be damaged:
1. Even after applying a moisturiser, your skin still feels uncomfortable or stretched.
2. Products you've used for months without any issues suddenly start causing discomfort.
Your skin barrier is your skin's first line of defence and it acts like a protective shield, helping to keep moisture in while keeping bacteria, pollution, allergens, and other irritants out.
This is exactly what I teach my students at PreskyOrganics.
Anyone can copy a recipe
A professional cosmetic formulator understands the science behind every ingredient and knows how to formulate with purpose.
What stage are you in right now?
That knowledge gave me confidence.
Today, I don't depend on someone else's recipe.
I can create formulations based on a product goal, select ingredients intentionally, make substitutions confidently, and improve existing formulas because I understand the science behind them
Everything changed when I decided to study cosmetic formulation science instead of memorising recipes.
I learned how ingredients function, how they interact with one another, how to build formulas from scratch, and how to troubleshoot when something goes wrong.
But I couldn't answer simple questions;
πWhy is this ingredient included?
π What happens if I remove it?
π Can I replace it with something better?
π Why did this formulation become unstable?
I realised I wasn't formulating and was simply following someone else's recipes.
When I first started making skincare products, I did what most beginners do.
I searched for recipes, copied ingredients and followed measurements exactly as they were written.
The products worked sometimes.
Today, I rewarded the best student in our Advanced Skincare Formulation Class with a ring light.
Excellence deserves recognition, and I can't wait to see the amazing content she'll create.
At PreskyOrganics, we don't just teach formulation, we celebrate excellence.
A little refresh for our Selar store, and I absolutely love how it turned out.
We've been using Selar for a while, but it was time to give our store a cleaner look and better organisation.

A recipe tells you what to make
A percentage formula teaches you how to think like a formulator
If your goal is to become a professional cosmetic formulator, don't stop at memorising recipes
Learn the science behind the formula.
Why Every Cosmetic Formulator Should Learn Percentages
One of the biggest mistakes I see among beginner formulators is relying only on recipes written in grams.
If you only know how to copy a recipe, you'll struggle to create your own formulas
That's why learning percentages is so important
When you understand percentages, you can
β Scale your formula from 100 g to 1 kg, 10 kg or even 100 kg.
β Adjust ingredient levels with confidence
The more clearly you understand your customer, the easier it becomes to create content that speaks directly to them.
Know your customer that's where good marketing begins.
HOW TO WRITE A CUSTOMER AVATAR
If you don't know who you're talking to, your marketing will always feel difficult.
One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is trying to sell to everyone.
When you speak to everyone, you connect with no one.
6. What are they hoping to achieve?
7. Why haven't they solved this problem already?
8. Where do they spend their time online?
9. What would make them trust my brand?
So before you create content, run ads or launch a product, answer these questions:
1. Who is my ideal customer?
2. How old are they?
3. What do they do?
4. What problem are they trying to solve?
