I’am honour to be apart of National Addiction Awareness Week, I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to speak to the youth of this beautiful Nation and to push forward a positive message of hope and inspiration to our Northern communities here in Saskatchewan. 🧡
One of the most important moments in my life, that showed me what my passion has always been. Being a youth leader has brought me so much blessing, and I’m grateful for every moment. ✨ https://t.co/cZSnmcViJB
I’m pretty darn excited to start Facilitating We Matter-Workshops. Being a National Ambassador of hope for We Matter. Allows for me to apply for Grants/Funding to bring services to different communities and spark up healthy conversations surrounding Mental Health! @WeMatterOrg
Now more then ever is the time to get back to our ways as Indigenous people. It’s important to remember, we are all in this healing journey together. It’s time to support one another in all aspects of our Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual wellbeing. ✨
Our Nations are in times of mourning. This is absolutely Disgusting. This is the harsh reality of the Racism we as Indigenous people face on our Traditional Territories where we once lived Lively, Fully and Free. My prayers are with James Smith Cree Nation.🙏
This was posted today after the tragedy that occurred on the James Smith First Nation.
A locals response to one of the most horrific events in our history.
Even when we are mourning mass killings, the racism of this country continues to put us in danger.
With a mindset to push forward, anything is possible. Individuals who embrace growth. View challenges, barriers and errors as a chance to grow and evolve from every situation. Life brings you either blessings or lessons. We can learn from everything. ✨
In order to help the voices of our youth to be heard. We need more opportunities. Conference, youth councils, commission or panels. The next generations have strong voices that need to be utilized. Now’s the time to give us spot at the table.
