There is no good reason that vaccines should not be examined further. I’m sure well done studies with no conflicts of interest would prove to settle the majority of debate. It’s ridiculous that we should hesitate to revisit the safety and efficacy of vaccines with the public voice raising the questions.

A true government of the people that would wish to mandate a product, such as the Covid vaccine, needs to bend to the will of the people and conduct more studies with more labs.

@Loges_World Adding bibles to the classroom is a republican issue at a local level. Schoolboards in deep red states are allowing this to happen. If there was no school board, or if schools were ran privately this would be a non-issue.

Being antivax is not the same as being against government enforcement of healthcare.

It’s also not the same as being pro-informing the consumer. The scare tactics surrounding Covid were a blatant abuse of government authority and undermined public understanding of Covid’s pathology.

I’ll say it again, RFK jr.’s politics have nothing to do with being conservative or Christian. He’s not even antivax as you claim.

I’d also argue that a lot of Americans do not understand that they have a right to make educated decisions about their healthcare or what medical products they are subjected to. The doctor/patient relationship is, at current, heavily one sided.

I don’t think that’s the plan, and I don’t think you’re fair to assume the return of polio and measles because of this administration. Vaccines should not be mandatory, yes, some are boons for public health, but some, like the covid vaccine, are ineffective at best and potentially dangerous at worst. Due to their invasive nature Americans should be encouraged to make educated decisions about getting vaccinated, right now we seem to assume they’re just too stupid to get it.

@OrinKerr I think the issue is that a public broadcasting company manipulated the responses of a presidential candidate in order to make them sound better. If the claim can be proven I would say it certainly constitutes as election interference.
