@DefraGovUK @SteveReedMP Please examine the proposal for the Swadlincote Incinerator.
It will mean three facilities within 10 kilometres and two within 1.8 kilometres. Our local MP Samantha Nibblett has I understand brought the futility of this project to your attention.
Enough is enough.

@Wera_Hobhouse @Ed_Miliband Let’s hope that the carbon capture is applied to existing waste to energy incinerators and no more are built in England in line with Scotland and Wales. There won’t be enough waste to feed the existing incinerators.
