Smiles all round. Coach Bomb Bee put us through our paces at our advanced training session today (we were still smiling while laying on the ground to recover). Followed up with a little scrim. Hot, sweaty and happy! Can’t wait to do it all again next weekend,

🎄 We had our last session of 2023 yesterday. We played lots of games and had a jolly good time. After that we treated ourselves lovely meal at LOST Bar and Pizzeria. 🎄
