Veterinarian Dr. John Robb argues that unnecessary repeat vaccinations are causing serious harm to pets.

According to Dr. Robb:

• Thousands of pets are dying each day from vaccines they did not need.

• Rabies antibody titers can demonstrate lasting immunity, making repeat vaccination unnecessary in many cases.

• Vaccine-related adverse events can include anaphylaxis, autoimmune disease, injection-site tumours and other chronic illnesses.

Dr. Robb also says he refuses to administer a vaccine if he believes it would harm an animal, stating:

“I have a Hippocratic oath that is greater than any law... I won't do it.”

🎯 MY ASSESSMENT: Dr. Robb's central argument is that veterinary medicine should move away from routine repeat vaccination where immunity has already been established and instead make greater use of antibody titer testing. If existing immunity can be demonstrated, many pet owners will inevitably ask whether repeated vaccination is medically necessary in every case.

As pet owners, we have a responsibility to ask questions, understand the risks and benefits of any treatment, and ensure our animals receive care that is genuinely in their best interests. They depend on us to be their voice.

I would of never thought that my whole life changed after one Covid injection.

The last years haven’t been easy to say the least but through this hardship something more profound has been created.

The walk to remember is not the walk that went smoothly.

It is the walk that required more than was available and found, in the requiring, that something was available that had not previously been known to exist. The walk that went through the valley rather than around it and discovered in the valley a presence that the easier terrain had never made necessary enough to find.

It is the walk of a person who has held faith and doubt simultaneously without requiring them to resolve into something neater than they actually are. Who has been angry at God and remained in relationship with God. Who has prayed prayers that received silence and kept praying. Who has carried more than was designed to be carried and found, somehow, that the carrying produced something that the comfortable life could never have grown.

It is easier said than done at times.
But it’s the only way for me personally.

“We know that in all things God works for the good of those who adore him.” — Romans 8:28

All things. Not the pleasant ones. Not the ones that cooperated with the preferred narrative. All things, including the things that should not have happened, held in the hands of a God whose redemptive capacity does not require the thing to have been good in order to work something good through it.

This is not easy faith. It’s a wrestle at times.

It is the faith that remains after the easy versions have been tested and found insufficient.

The faith that has been stripped of its consoling illusions and has discovered, to its own surprise, that what remains after the stripping is more solid than what was there before.

A Walk to Remember.
