Hi, I’m Sabur.
I work in retail operations (adidas).
I’m building my fitness, improving my skills, and sharing what I learn along the way.
This account is now my public journal.
Follow if you’re interested in growth, discipline, and real-life progress.
How well do you handle being passed?
Immediately speeds up = guilty
Pretends not to care = also guilty
Checks their shoes = classic
Lets them go = mature
Stays on effort = trained
“They’re probably doing intervals” = emotional survival
A lot of easy runs get ruined by a stranger who doesn’t even know they’re in your head.
You were calm.
You had a plan.
Then one runner floated past and suddenly your “easy day” needed defending in court.
Be honest. Which one are you?

Nothing against treadmills, but no machine can recreate the feeling of chasing a sunrise, or feeling that cool breeze blowing against your skin…it’s special
ADIZERO EVO SL
The most important technology in the Adizero EVO SL is light-strike pro foam which makes it lighter than many running shoes.
A lighter shoe doesn’t automatically make you faster.
But, carrying less weight on your feet over thousands of steps definitely helps.😹
I’ve been working around a lot of shoes/footwears lately
Here’s a thread of some of the things I’ve learned, I’ll add more as I learn
