@virginmedia Why wasn’t this even mentioned to me when I called up? I think some training on how to handle customer change in circumstances is required. Your adviser was very unhelpful and no empathy to my situation.

@virginmedia I’ve lost my job and called for help with bills for 3 month period and was told no. They offered me a pathetic £4.50 help per month. Not helpful at all. 13 years a customer counts for nothing?!
