ANXIETY FREE!
Philip 4:6
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
God Has given the born again children of His an antidote to be free from all anxiety. He is such a loving and gracious God. The keys to overcome anxiety are prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving. These produce the peace of God, which will completely get rid of anxiety from our hearts and minds.
This peace also guards our hearts from outside intrusion. When you ask in prayer, believing that He will do it; you praise Him in hope and worry no more.
Dearly Beloved, BE ROOTED IN CHRIST, BE RIGHTEOUS IN GODLY CULTURE, STUDY THE SCRIPTURE AND LEAN ON HIS SAVING ARMS. SO SHALL YOU BE HELPED IN JESUS NAME.
What's happening to Nigeria right now? 🤔🇳🇬
Sometimes I wonder if we've become too used to bad news.💔🤦
A kidnapping no longer shocks us,
A corruption scandal barely trends for 24 hours, people are struggling to eat, yet those in power are already calculating the next election.
How did we get here?🙆💔🤦
The average Nigerian isn't asking for luxury. We just want to live without fear, afford basic necessities, find decent jobs, and know that hard work can still change our lives.
Instead, insecurity is spreading, the cost of living keeps climbing, corruption remains a daily headline, and the people expected to fix these problems are busy making political alliances.
Nigeria doesn't have a shortage of speeches. It has a shortage of accountability.
As 2027 approaches, this is the time to ask hard questions, not to politicians alone, but to ourselves.
Will we vote based on performance or empty promises?
Will we choose competence or sentiments?
Will we demand results or settle for slogans again?
A country doesn't change because the calendar changes. It changes when its people stop accepting the unacceptable.
Let us fix up.🙏
The Yah00 guy in my compound is secretly selling his properties....
I was scrolling through Facebook Marketplace when I came across one of his ads.
He listed the generator he bought for ₦450,000 last year for just ₦250,000.
I used my friend's Facebook account to negotiate with him.
He agreed to ₦200k.
My friend met him at a junction, paid, I went to pick it at night.
This morning, he came to charge his phone in my apartment.
He saw the generator on my verandah, stared at it, left, came back. Stared again. Left again.
When he came to pick up his phone, he said,
This generator too resemble my own o, they just be like twinne
A lady has recounted how her alleged Yah00 neighbour unknowingly admired a generator she had secretly bought from him through Facebook Marketplace.
One thing I have noticed on NG X.
Some people will defend their favorite no matter what.
Even when the post is clearly wrong, insensitive, or completely out of line, they'll twist themselves into knots just to justify it. Not because it's right, but because they don't want to criticize someone they admire.
Loyalty is fine. Blind loyalty isn't.
You don't have to defend every mistake your favorite makes. It's okay to say, They're wrong on this one.
Stop making excuses for bad takes. Stop kissing a$$. Have principles, not personalities.
What if I told you one of Christianity's greatest apostles never got married, and he wasn't complaining about it?
For the longest time, I wondered, What exactly does a man gain from marriage?
Then I thought about Paul.
He didn't reject marriage because it was bad. He remained single because he believed it allowed him to devote himself completely to God's work without the responsibilities that come with family life.
At the same time, he never discouraged marriage. In fact, he called it honorable and taught that if you're not called to singleness, it's better to marry than struggle with uncontrolled desire.
That made me realize something,
Marriage isn't a reward, and singleness isn't a punishment.
Both are gifts. The real question isn't, Which one is better?" but "Which one has God called you to?
🚨 STOP WASTING YOUR TIME! 🚨
Taking Andrews Liver Salt or Alabukun after sex does NOT prevent pregnancy.
Many people believe these products can "flush out sperm" or stop pregnancy after unprotected sex, but there is no scientific evidence to support that claim.
The truth is, sperm can reach the uterus within minutes after ejaculation. Taking Andrews Liver Salt or Alabukun afterward won't stop fertilization.
Just because someone took it and didn't get pregnant doesn't mean it worked. Pregnancy doesn't occur after every act of unprotected sex.
Knowledge is power. Don't let myths make important decisions for you.
WISE UP SISTER.
Virginity is a personal choice for self-respect and values, not a "guarantee" ticket for a perfect husband,
just as past experiences don't guarantee a bad one, the real issue is learning to spot character, not using one bad story to push "enjoy life" as code for sleeping around.
Many who kept their virginity and built strong marriages prove it's about discipline and wise partner selection, while regretting casual hookups often hits harder later with health, emotional, or trust baggage, encouraging daughters to "enjoy" risks trading short fun for long-term consequences.
Life has no foolproof formula, but ditching standards because some virgins picked poorly is like quitting exercise after one injury; better to raise kids with self-worth, red-flag awareness, and accountability than normalize lowering the bar out of fear.
This is bad, I usually avoid bargaining too hard when buying from roadside sellers, especially the elderly women selling roasted corn, plantain, oranges, and other items.
I genuinely feel for them, many don’t even make up to ₦7,000 from morning till evening after standing under the sun all day. Yet some people still have the heart to scam them over small amounts. That’s not just wrong, it’s deeply heartless.
We can do better. Let’s show a little more humanity to those trying to survive honestly.
Life has been moving faster than I can even explain. 😅
Between work, home, meeting different kinds of people, and trying to stay sane, I've realized everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. It costs nothing.
Today is World Blood Donor Day.
One pint of blood can save up to three lives.
Blood cannot be manufactured. It can only come from generous people willing to donate.
Be someone's reason for a second chance at life.
