Do we think Savage Hulk came out the mental door Jean busted down literally repeating “No Banner, no girl, only Hulk!” & that was causing the deafening in Bruce’s head?

Does Hulk speak to Bruce as he emerges or is it pedal to the gamma full on roaring?

I think he does it to feel truly disconnected from him and it also delegitimizes Hulk as a real person (or… something) with a real name. His whole “good or bad parts of nature” quote is so hypocritical because he still can’t accept that Hulk’s a part of him.
