rolin jones carrying the tvl book to every convention and interview in 2024 just to straight up not addapt anything from it at all is honestly hilarious like you really got me with this one
@malai_0312 You the type of person to walk in a lesbian bar and assume all the women hunching are lesbian. There is no magic barrier off of twitter that gives ppl sexuality-guessing powers. Bi women dating each other does exist. People generally never ask their sexuality and assume.
i’ve gotten alot of racist comments saying they’d rather have noelle be racist then have her being black.
you’re gonna hate when i tell you who the blackest deltarune character is.
burn me at the stake. i do think it’s oversimplifying a lot of the shows complexity and the tragedy of armand’s betrayal to say louis never loved armand
@xianlesugarbaby I feel like revealing their hand with the timeskip and then layering 2 framing devices on top of each other was a bad move when the books keep it at 1 framing POV. I wonder if it’s bc they’re trying to speed to hype QOTD so they have to layer POV from diff points in time. But…

one of the biggest struggles I’m having with tvl is the framing devices. there’s too many at play and, imo, none of them are being executed in a way that is fostering meaningful character development🧵 (1/10)
the discourse people have over louis' turning here is so... heathcliff waits outside until cathy is alone so he can go up and declare his undying love for her while she's on her deathbed. is this meant to be romantic or terrifying? the answer is obvious: both!
mind u i didn’t know it was a different show until it didn’t automatically record the first episode bc i have a series recording set up for iwtv … i thought it was just a marketing rebrand for s3 bc literally you can’t watch tvl without s1&2 like what were they thinking
