@StanbicIBTC its over 3wks I placed a redemption request from my mutual funds investment and and no response till now the other person I refer too nothing why will you accept money when knew we can't withdraw cause of incomplete profile and now no provision on the app to do that
@StanbicIBTC please fix your customer services because I don't understand why it will take 2wks for your staffs to respond to emails and please I need to redeem an investment and all this back, I provided my ID just as requested and utility bills since please I have an emergency
