@virginmedia I went back to live chat, and the agent advised me that it would be £185.. (this is all the same day for cancelling on the 7th October) I have had nothing but issues with my services and a previous agent shouted at me and called me a liar.

@virginmedia I was speaking to an agent on live chat on Sunday to cancel my services, and was advised my Early Termination was £135 but I then received an email a few hours later it would be £226. Then I received another email 5 mins later received an email that it will be £207.. (cont)

@StagecoachEScot What is going on with the buses from Glenrothes to Edinburgh today? When I check the app it is telling me to get the x24 and change at Halbeath? Are there no x54 or x59 buses?
@virginmedia in the last three hours, i have had to reset my tv hub box five times and do TWO factory resets because once again nothing is working! All I want is to be able to access our apps, and every single day this is what I have to do.
@ThreeUK sold my customer details to a third party, negatively affected my credit file and they are now refusing to help me after breaching GDPR. Word of warning for anyone who wants to use them - don’t.
@virginmedia are the most infuriating company to try to speak to! Why isn’t anything simple?? Constant issues with trying to do things myself on my account, chat bot is awful, agents on live chat couldn’t give a single fuck and hung up on when you call!!
