@virginmedia Able to speak to someone after nearly waiting 1hour, so 5hrs in total this week to no avail.Advised Internet won't be working until 23rd,so a week of poor service. Not advised Internet would be gone,website still showing incorrect info and won't be advised when it's working.

@virginmedia Internet down yet again, 4 hours on the phone and still not resolved since Tuesday. Service status = no issue, definitely not accurate!

@preylala I can fully appreciate any upset caused. I would advise giving us a call back this morning on 150 / 0345 454 1111 if things aren't any better so we can look at sending an engineer or replacement equipment ^EC

@virginmedia No success, broadband still not working, service status still showing as 'good' in area?? Requested a callback to advise on an update or when service would resume and advised, cannot be done. Not adequate level of service.
