@NoContextHumans I disagree. Drinks are $15-20. Plates are $25+. Bill is already $100 for two - a simple, easy, quick 1-1.5 hr meal doesn’t earn more than a generous 20% tip. You get 3 tables, that’s $60 per hour. On a salary it’s equivalent to $125k per year
