And why are the emails to your escalation department listed on your website, bouncing back?
@RBI states it is mandatory for all NBFCs to ensure a resolution department is functional, not fictional.
@FinanceBuddha is this a scammer impersonating you or you scamming people?
TF you mean by “user”?
@SEBI_India is of course sleeping like @FinMinIndia until another house of card folds up.
I refuse to believe that folks at @HDFC_Bank credit card department are so dumb that they cannot compute one simple request made multiple times over emails.
It has to be a joke, right?
@BookMyForex Are you operating on Jupiter time?
Your IVR states Saturday working hours as 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, yet it disconnected my call at 3:47 PM, asking me to call back during “regular office hours”.
@BookMyForex How can one take your word on its face value when you constantly exhibit blatant falsehood and ZERO credibility?
Still waiting for that call with the “manager”.
@prgenes Dear Adish, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please allow us to investigate the issue and we are connecting with you over a call to have this addressed.

Should you not hold yourself and your partners to a higher standard?

Who has a worse customer care - @SwiggyCares or @ola_supports?
It’s infuriating to deal with these people who instead of adhering to their own laid down ETAs, will give you sermons and patronise.

Imagine the number of pots one will require to grow a decent harvest for just one family meal. Better to sell brinjal and tomato seeds that keep producing enough for a meal over and over again.
My go to plants in a pot - tomato, green chillies, bell peppers, brinjal, beetroots, carrots, radishes, peas and cowpeas.
