@nigimmigration @Phaieet What about all these details you have in your DMs for over 2 weeks and not replying? You obviously know it's such an inconvenience, so fix it, attend to our queries in your DMs, and let us have a seamless, transparent experience interacting with your system.
@efrebordufuto @nigimmigration This is so disappointing! 😩 After paying an extra fee for a contactless service that was supposed to be cheaper because it bypassed the need for manpower at the office for biometrics, you still have to go to their office to hustle for your passport. So sad!

No tracking progress. No replies on any channel.
