@priceline I booked a trip , you messed up the flight upgrade and it’s been 3 weeks of me following up with no resolution, including multiple promises to call me back with updates. What’s a guy gotta do to get this fixed and compensated for all the wasted time?

I was told my refund was processed 3/15/26 but Alaska Airlines confirmed you @Priceline voided the ticket and never issued the refund. I need this escalated ASAP. Everyone at @priceline has been giving me the run around (lying) - I will NEVER book with you guys again

@priceline I have had the most sickening experience with booking car. I am now stuck at San Diego airport with charges on my card and NO CAR! #PaylessCarRental Can’t pull my reservation up DESPITE it being active.
