Asked several times over his tenure if he loses sleep over certain decisions or games, Montreal Canadiens coach Martin St. Louis has always responded he sleeps well.
Asked him what his tricks are, and he said the main one is watching Seinfeld @JerrySeinfeld.
“I can’t tell you all my tricks. I watch Seinfeld. I mean, I’ve watched Seinfeld for… What is there, nine seasons? I’ve probably watched it four times in a row. For me, Seinfeld is the show that can let me disconnect from everything. It’s a show about nothing, so you can just think about nothing. You don’t even have to actually watch it; you can just listen to it because you know the characters. So, it’s easy to disconnect. So here you go, try Seinfeld.”

I agree with @EricEngels
For over a decade, we’ve watched #11 throw his body into the line of fire, parked in front of the crease, taking punishment just to create an inch of space for his teammates.
He isn’t the biggest guy on the ice, but he consistently plays with the biggest heart. Whether the team is at the top of the standings or grinding through a rebuild, Gallagher’s work ethic never wavers. He treats every single shift like it’s Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
His loyalty to the Montreal Canadiens is rare in today’s game. In an era of constant movement, Gallagher has remained a cornerstone of this franchise, mentor to the youth, and a symbol of resilience. He doesn’t just play for the logo on the front; he lives it.
He’s the guy who leads by example, the one who smiles through the stitches, and the one who proves that grit and character can take you further than raw talent alone.
Gallagher’s legacy in Montreal isn’t just about the goals he’s scored—it’s about the standard he sets every time he steps onto the ice.
WE ARE THE GENERATION THAT WILL NEVER COME BACK
A generation that walked to school and then walked back
A generation that did their homework alone to get out asap to play in the street.
A generation that played spent all their free time on the street with their friends
A generation that played hide and seek when dark
A generation carried wallets full of photos.
Today, our whole gallery lives in the cloud.
A generation that made mud cakes
A generation that collected sport cards
A generation that found, collected and washed & returned empty coke bottles to the local grocery store for 5 cents each, then bought a mountain Dew and candy bar with the money
A generation that made paper toys with their bare hands.
A generation who bought vinyl albums to play on record Player
A generation that collected photos and albums of clippings.
A generation that played board games and and cards on rainy days.
A generation whose TV went off at midnight after playing the national anthem
A generation that had parents who were there
A generation that laughed under the covers in bed so parents didn't know we were still awake
A generation that is passing and unfortunately it will never return!!
I loved Growing up when I did!✌️😎
This is a story about how a team from the @OHLHockey's smallest market consistently punches above its weight, on and off the ice.

"Throw away the static playbook. Start teaching the game in layers of logic, not lines on a whiteboard. Teach zone-based reactions, read-and-react support, and the power of conceptual understanding." Read more from @denison_hockey Head Coach Jeff German. https://t.co/l9mGleqI8j
