@eon_next I have and I have replied but you haven’t. Please explain why you offer a payment plan out to customers and then refuse to honour it when customers ask to use it. You failed for fix a faulty meter for a year & now we are having to scrimp to cover your mistakes.

Gotta love @eon_next . We are only using £100 per month on energy, we have an outstanding amount of £600 to pay as they refused to fix a meter issue. What is my Christmas present- let’s hike up your bill to over £300 per month to clear it. 1/2
