Thank You to our Nepali guide Hari who's been trekking for the past three weeks .
Reliable, trustworthy and loads of fun to be around! This is how we'd sum Hari up. He's been working with Pride groups in Nepal since we started in 2017.
Well done team for completing the trek!
One of the things we most enjoy about a trek in the Andes are the randomly roaming Llamas.
If you love Llamas we are organising a trek to Machu Picchu on 10th November 24. There will be Llamas aplenty!
This two week expedition is confirmed

Why are we Pride Expeditions?
We had many options of names when we started out in 2016. Our gay holidays were unique. We are now the only UK based LGBTQ registered adventure travel tour operator.
Find out why we will never be Pride holidays

Every few years at Pride Expeditions we go to a new destination. In February 2025 we will be visiting Argentina and Chile.
Our expedition will be centred around Cerro FitzRoy; an area of huge granite spires

This is a sign on the Inca Trail in Peru. To the point and very obvious. We did not see any litter on the trail despite it's huge popularity.
What are people's thoughts on a few of these on Yr Wyddfa, also know as Snowdon?
There are some common misconceptions about the Nepalese. Let's try to clear some of these up!
SHERPA - Meaning people from the East.
Renowned for their high altitude stamina and endurance they have helped many people climb the highest mountains. A Sherpa is not a porter.
Nepali Prayer flags
You will see these adorning every summit and pass in Nepal.
Used to promote peace, wisdom, compassion, and strength. Nepalis believe the wind blowing on the flags will blow the prayers and mantras into the surroundings, spreading goodwill and compassion.
