@ChrisRamsey60 was curious what your thoughts are on land for small bay that has power lines cut through the property? These type of users not bothered? There is an easement that also prohibits overnight parking under the Lines.. Should still be plenty of parking in front of the unit s, overflow parking will be under the lines.

Not sure I understand how you are using the word "cranking"? I'm always trying to figure out how to get my Down Payment back. I was thinking I could wrap the reverse amortization note with a regular amortization note (find new buyer) and capture the delta in equity via principal pay down

About 1 year ago I was at 2.0 Lymphs (Absolute) which I believe is the ALC level you have been referencing? Seems the equation is Lymphs (Absolute) x 10E3/ul. So, 1 year ago I was at 2000. My most recent bloodwork shows .9 Lymphs (Absolute) which would put me at 900 or a state of Lymphopenia. With all the FDA constraints I’m wondering if Anktiva will be available outside the US? I also see some foreign treatment centers mention their ability to grow and populate Dentritic Cells. As people are desperate for solutions. Can you speak on the difference? #TCellMan, #Anktiva, #GoDodgers
