I am writing to request a manual review regarding a rule violation notification I received on my recent $100k evaluation account which I successfully passed.
The notification indicates that my account was flagged due to a violation connected to a $10k account I purchased earlier this year. I would like to clarify the context behind both accounts:
The $10k Account: Earlier this year, I purchased a $10k account on your platform. Because I was actively focused on trading a different account at the time, I allowed a friend to trade the $10k account on my behalf. My friend ultimately failed the account through trading losses, which led to its closure.
I now fully understand that allowing someone else to manage and trade that account breached your terms regarding third-party trading and account access, and I take full responsibility for that initial mistake.
The $100k Account: Recently, I purchased a $100k evaluation account to trade strictly on my own. I handled all chart analysis, risk management, and execution entirely by myself. I did not share login credentials, IP addresses, or devices with anyone else, and I successfully passed all evaluation phases through my own trading.
Because the $100k evaluation was traded legitimately and completely independently by me, I respectfully ask if my account can be manually reviewed for funded status.
If my past mistake on the $10k account prevents this $100k account from being funded, please let me know what steps I need to take to rectify my profile status so that I can buy and trade accounts on FundingPips in the future without triggering automatic flags.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,@Khldfx@fundingpips
