Today was supposed to be a rest day, hence less steps but I still got in a lot of steps because I went shopping.

Idk how I walked so much yesterday, today I slept in so I gotta workout since I'm not going on my long mornings walk.
That's it, I get the urge to shit while drinking my morning cup of tea in bed, usually if I drink it after breakfast tho, and I shit roughly once a day, the healthy amount is like 3 times a day to a few times a week from what I remember, stay safe everyone<3
2. Drink tea
I drink 1 cup of tea every day, and after drinking, or even during my daily tea I get the urge to poop, that is because tea has a laxative effect, idk if it's all teas but I've noticed it the most with black tea.
Keep in mind that tea has caffeine!
Why are some people against ed recovery??? It doesn't affect them usually, they aren't the ones recovering, so why judge someone for choosing their health?

It has chickpeas, tahini, garlic (I added too much) salt and kefir. Maybe I just miss hummus too much idk 😔
It's not the lowest but it's lower than regular hummus and if you don't make a lot then it'll be ok.
