Your app and customer support is highly inefficient and completely unresponsive when it actually matters. Issues are left unresolved with no proper reply, which is extremely frustrating.

What was meant to be a special surprise got completely ruined. The food arrived in a damaged, unusable condition. No proper resolution, no refund—just frustration. And Swiggy? Zero accountability. Just acting like a middleman!
