Many people might ignore it and still pay, but this is a loot. Customers should not be charged even ₹1 for ads they did not ask for.

At least hire people who can read emails and understand issues-template replies aren’t the solution. Despite branch visits, multiple calls & emails to senior management, nothing has changed. Still stuck due to a blacklist issue.

@aaraynsh I am sure they won’t even refund the amount. Swiggy is the biggest fraud. I have faced multiple issues with them and stopped using the app a long time ago.

They won’t deliver the product but claim it shows as delivered on their end, and that is final.
