Got my imaging results back: "unremarkable bladder" and one 3mm kidney stone that's not blocking anything. Not surprised about the stone…they told me ~8 years ago there was one left after I passed another. From my research, this little guy shouldn't be causing the symptoms I'm having.

Urology has been MIA in their patient portal about next steps.

Well, that escalated quickly 😅

Last week I shared a post about saturated fat, seed oils, and UV-induced skin cancer. Mice fed 20% sat fat were almost completely protected from UV tumorigenesis compared with mice fed polyunsat fat.

Weight loss combined with perimenopause has definitely done some work on my facial skin.

🦋 Why I'm checking for EBV reactivation…
My recent thyroid labs came back suboptimal after switching to Armour.
