@ScottGottliebMD Why can't we get statistics that are useful? Why is it so difficult? These state governments have had 3 months to get their act together....and we still can't get accurate infection rates, hospitalizations or deaths. Just # infections. It's painful witnessing such failures.

@julielerman There's an issue with a powershell command in your MSDN article. No matter how I install the libraries, I keep getting the below error for the WebJobs.Extensions for CosmosDB. The second image has the libraries I am using.
Yep. That works, unfortunately the code doesn't. Postman doesn't return an error, nor does the catch block. But nothing is added to the collection.
