The concentration power of the practitioners of the Buddhadharma of our present times is very much inferior to that of the practitioners of the past. Maybe mainly because nowadays we have many distractions when compared to the past. So it should be very difficult to achieve extraordinary results in this life following whichever vehicle. So as the Sukhāvatī Pure Land Dharma-door works mainly through faith, one doesn't need to have much concentration power in order to achieve the fruit of it's practice. So this path should fit very much the period we are in. Those who are on this path have a lot of merit because soon they will become irreversible bodhisattvas.
