Our school building will be CLOSED on 24/01/25 due to the weather. Our school email system & app are currently down due to the volume of usage at this time. Information will come out regarding the school closure and home learning as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Yesterday we had our end of year Achievements Assembly to look back over our year, celebrate our successes and thank pupils and staff for all their hard work.
A huge congratulations to L from P7 who was chosen by our staff to receive the very special Mrs Harkins Service Award for his dedication to serving our school in so many ways over the years. He is a credit to his family and we are all very proud of him.
We thanked our super House Captains for all their hard work this year, especially organising our trembly house meetings and end of year house prize. Well done!
We thanked our wonderful Pupil Reps who have done so much for our school. One of the most important legacies they leave is our Pupil Choice Lunch which went down a storm this year.
We had a wonderful surprise on Sports Day. Our teachers joined the houses and then participated in a penalty shootout to win extra points for that house. Pupils and staff absolutely loved it!
At the end of Sports Day, we gathered together to celebrate our successes and find out who had one the Sports Day Cup. Well done to every single person who participated in our flat races but special congratulations to these children who were first in their race! ππ»
We managed to get out for some races too. It was a little drizzly but everyone tried their best. Thank you to Miss McKenna for organising our Sports Day and to everyone who helped. Now we need to wait for all the points to be totalled.
