- Creator fees are swept and split — 20% to the protocol, 80% to the pot.

- On a cadence set on-chain, the pot buys the next tokenised stock in a 10-stock rotation.

- The purchase is credited to every registered desk by weight, then delivered into the vaults.

- A holder either sweeps the vault into their wallet, or sells the desk with the vault still inside it.
