Oriyomi Hamzat for Governor 2027
Dr. Oriyomi Hamzat’s declaration reflects years of grassroots service, trust, and genuine connection with the people. His leadership is built on empathy, consistency, and presence among the masses. People-driven leadership for a better Oyo State.
A good name travels farther than any campaign poster.
This Islamic scholar openly admitted that he had never met Oriyomi Hamzat personally, yet his mind always goes to him because of his good deeds and impact on society.
When your work speaks for you, people testify on your behalf even in your absence.
That is the power of a life dedicated to service.

Interesting analysis on Sokan Wa this morning on Agidigbo FM regarding the demolished house allegedly linked to kidnapping activities.
The argument was simple: rather than rushing to demolish the property, authorities could have conducted a thorough forensic investigation to gather evidence, understand the operations that took place there, and possibly uncover more leads.
Afterward, the building could have been repurposed into something beneficial to the community, such as a police post, Amotekun base, or primary healthcare centre.
Security challenges require not only action but also strategy.
In the just Concluded press briefing of INEC, my super and ever ready national chairman appeared gallantly. Well, the meeting was meant for credible Leaders of political parties not for those jegudu jera.
This particular point caught my attention and I believe it will interest our teeming supporters to read:
“On candidate nomination for the 2027 General Election, Prof. Amupitan announced that the Commission would on Friday, 26 June 2026 issue official access codes to all political parties for the Candidate Nomination Portal, through which parties would upload the names and particulars of nominated candidates. He warned that the portal was fully automated and would close without extension at the expiration of the prescribed period, urging parties to ensure their ICT personnel and relevant officers were adequately prepared ahead of the deadline.”
To all propagandists and rumor mongers, Una eye go peel.
Note: This my National chairman pose Dey gimme joy.

The public deserves clarity.
If specific ransom demands were truly made, where is the evidence and who verified the information?
At a time when families are desperate for answers, transparency should take precedence over speculation.
The focus must remain on bringing the children and teachers home safely.
GSM succeeded largely because he no Godfather, why should we now be grateful to him by allowing him to be a Godfather over the next governor? We won’t agree
Day 24.
Families are still waiting.
Parents are still praying.
Children and teachers are still in captivity.
Oyo State cannot afford to normalize this situation.
The safe return of these victims must remain a priority until every one of them is reunited with their loved ones.

Seyi Makinde is beginning to see Omituntun 3.0 as an attempt to extend political influence beyond the current administration rather than a fresh vision for the state.
The question is simple: Should Oyo State be governed by the will of the people or by political succession arrangements?
As 2027 approaches, more citizens are demanding a leader they believe emerged from the people, understands their struggles, and has earned their trust.
For many of his supporters, Oriyomi Hamzat represents that alternative.
The conversation has begun, and the people will ultimately decide. 💛
There is no room for political godfatherism in Oyo State. Oyo deserves a leader with an independent vision, the capacity to govern, and a genuine commitment to the people not a successor chosen to preserve anyone's political influence.
