Drew Allar is now in at QB.

[Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter]

Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba has recorded 100+ receiving yards and a touchdown in each of Seattle’s first three games. With another game like today vs. the Chargers, JSN would tie Randy Moss’ Super Bowl-era record of four straight games to start a season, set in 2007.

There you have it. You tell me how disrespectful it is to be offered a 4 year extension with only 1 year guaranteed. Not only that, the 28 million has to be hit through incentives. This is so disrespectful.

[NBA on ESPN @ESPNNBA]

"To put us on the same team, well now you got to deal with [Giannis] in transition and then ... you gotta try and score. That's where the nightmare comes in."

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo sit down with @HannahStormESPN and speak on joining forces 👀

Gil’s Arena debates this Heat team vs Jimmy Butler’s Heat teams 👀

Gil: This is the BEST team they’ve had since they won a chip with Bron and them. Bam cancels each other out. I have Giannis vs Jimmy Butler. A 2x MVP, finals MVP. It’s not even close! — They would MOP that team!”

Danny Green and Nick Young believe the Jimmy teams were better

Nick young ain’t believing the hype after Gilbert arenas hype up giannis antetokounmpo bam adebayo as being unstoppable for the Miami heat

Gilbert Arenas and Danny Green DISAGREE with where the Heat will finish in the East

Danny believes the Heat are a play in team and don’t have much outside of Giannis. He questions who’s going to score

Gil reads off Giannis MVP finishes, says Bam is the BEST player he’s ever played with, and has way to much talent around him to finish as a play in team

Giannis Antetokounmpo says the Miami Heat are going to win the Championship 👀

“It’s going to happen. It’s going to take time. We’re preparing for something that will take place in June. I know the people I have next to me have the same mindset. Bam wants to win. Coach wants to win. The organization wants to win. We’ll be at the place we’re supposed to be”

This is one of my favorite days of the entire football season. Because the Steelers don’t play and I get to watch every other game without being pissed off. Being a casual football fan has to be awesome.

[Ian Rapoport @RapSheet]

#Steelers DT Derrick Harmon, who was carted off on Thursday night with a foot injury, is expected to miss a few weeks, source said.

IR would be a consideration for Harmon, though it’s not definite. Either way, not a long-term injury.

Just watch this possession by the Miami Heat:

- Davion and Klay switching
- Davion forcing the airball
- Giannis running in transition
- Giannis gravity distracts RJ
- Andrew Wiggins gets a open shot

This team can has so many options for both sides of the floor.

9 points on 3/3 FG, 3/4 FT, 4 Rebounds, 7 Assists (2 TOV), 1 PF, and a +/- of +4 in 14:07 minutes played.

Heat Central’s main takeaways from Preseason game 1:

• Giannis is best in the world. Will average career high in assist this year. His gravity is 1 of 1

• THJ will be in contention for 6MOY award. The ultimate microwave scorer

• The Heat’s shooting will be fine in every game Giannis plays

• Pelle, Bobby, THJ looked really good in that 2nd unit

• Andrew Wiggins looked very comfortable playing off Giannis. Will get wide open looks

• Klay still gets face guarded and provides elite spacing even if he doesn’t score. Moved well on defense

• I’m rooting for you Niko….
