Today we’re launching @primitivelabsai .

Our mission is to make human behavior a first-class primitive of software development.

AI is changing how software gets built. As software begins to build itself, the bottleneck moves from building faster to knowing what to build and how people will respond.

Generic intelligence designs for averages. Real users are not averages.

Primitive Labs is building behavioral intelligence for AI-native software.

We’re backed by a16z @speedrun , with participation from Olive Tree Capital, Unexpected Investments, Cloverfield Fund, and an incredible group of angels and advisors.

We’ll be joining the upcoming a16z SR007 cohort in July.

@jafarmer26, @gabrieljfong, and I are grateful to everyone supporting us as we build toward a future where human understanding is embedded directly into the software development lifecycle.
