@RishiJoeSanu@Noahpinion Someone who implemented retrospective taxation should just burn all of his economics degrees. PVN Rao was a better PM who was not beholden to orders of a certain family. There was not a single revolutionary economic reform in a decade under 'his" leadership.
@abhinavv_033 @indiainpixels@CMOFFICEHP I don't think it' possible to get 4g to remote village in himachal. It will be too expensive for any private company so only BSNL can do this.
@inyourwallspal @Noahpinion He is not an Indian nationalist by any measure but a tankie who will pull down India or the west any moment to showcase the "greatneses" of communism in Russia and China.
@AvvijitDhaliwal Nothing more than rent seeking by the growers and so called farmers. Do you ask for permission of someone who already owns a shop in your area to open a new shop ? They already don't pay taxes on the income they make by selling these apples.
@aagrabakijasmin@vibinbaburajan The people who go to foreign countries for menial labour are not the onese living in flats worth crores , most of them are poor and from rural areas. So two different groups of people.
@SrikanthP_KMR@mp_index RIP Logic. Congress didn't have government in any of the net contributing states until a month ago. So does that mean states become rich by not choosing Congress ? Out of the 10 states that receive less than what they give BJP has government in 4 and other don't have more than 1.
@myopinionsas@indiainpixels So 75 percent of the budget be spend on 3 crore people and rest 137 crore should be left in poverty. Even in states some regions pay more than others , For example Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai contribute majority. So should rest of state be left without any money ?
@myopinionsas@indiainpixels That's not how it works. Imagine Ambani saying that 75 percent of taxes he paid should be spent on him. There just needs to be accountability for states like Bihar. Not to mention around 2 percent of India's population contributes around 50 percent (income tax + corporate tax).
@Aravindchandroo@PTTVOnlineNews "Lucky" , trying to underestimate the efforts of a student who topped an exam given by 20 lakh students. 5-10 lakh of these students have received coaching. If you are enrolled in same coaching center can you even clear the exam not to mention getting an AIR 1 ?
@RanadebBhattac2@anoopzombie@LavanyaBallal And Sri Lanka was and is still more prosperous than Majority of Karnatka residents, still didn't stop them from going bankrupt.
@sharanu_ja@LavanyaBallal@nirmal_indian An idiot in the wild who doesn't understand the difference between underwriting and waiving off loans. Have some economic literacy you buffoon.
@TrappedPawn @DivaJain2 LW economic policies were defeated with collapse of USSR. Free market for the win. From 1980 to 1991 Indian GDP per capita increased from 271 dollars to 309 $, a mere 14 percent increase and annualised 1.3% growth . In 2001 it became 457$ , 1400$ in 2011 and 2600$ in 2023.
@TrappedPawn @DivaJain2 And quality of life has been increasing regardless. In India the income quadrupled from 1990 to 2020 thanks to free market economics. Life expectancy increased by 10 years in the same period. RW economic policies seems to have worked better for India than failed LW policies.
@TrappedPawn @DivaJain2 You should read the Bloomberg article shared. Not to mention disposable income increase means that expenses got lesser by a wider margin.
