Fall seven times. Stand up eight.
That’s the mindset.
Not every day will go your way.
You’ll take losses, feel tired, even doubt yourself…
But quitting is the only real failure.
Stay in the game.
During international breaks and World Cups, club football pauses… and most people are left forcing random bets just to stay engaged.
But @survivesdotfun changes that completely.
Now every match actually means something onchain.
You’re not just watching nations compete —
you’re watching liquidity, narratives, and survival play out in real time.
This is one of the smartest concepts I’ve seen enter the Solana ecosystem.
You’re not just launching tokens…
you’re turning the World Cup into a live onchain survival game.
Every goal, every upset, every elimination directly affects the market.
“fallen feed the survivors” is an insanely strong mechanic because it creates real narrative pressure around every match.
48 nations.
48 communities.
1 survivor.
@survivesdotfun could easily become one of the most engaging event-driven experiments on Solana if executed right.
Most gaming platforms feel like copies of copies…
But this one actually feels different.
@thecraziestgame isn’t trying to be a storefront for games, it feels like a system built for attention loops, where you don’t just play once… you keep coming back without even thinking about it.
Instant access, zero friction, pure engagement. That’s the part most platforms still don’t get right.
If they layer progression, rewards, or social competition on top of this, it quietly stops being “just games” and starts becoming a real ecosystem.
Early. Underrated. Worth watching closely.

What is @survivesdotfun?
The home of Survival Tokens.
A new onchain market where real-world teams become tokens, and only the survivors remain.
The first event will be the World Cup 2026.
48 nations. 48 tokens. 1 survivor.

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝟑, 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲?
Let’s be honest….
Most Web3 jobbers are too quick to sell their services to Devs.
The moment they join a community, they rush straight into the Dev’s DM trying to offer services without even understanding:
➙ What the project is about
➙ How the founder communicates
➙ The culture of the community
➙ What the founder likes or dislikes
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝.
Recently, I joined a project community where the dev was Jamaican and the entire project culture was connected to Jamaica
And I got to observe that most of the community members interacts using Jamaican slangs like “𝐍𝐮𝐟𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭” and more…
Instead of rushing to pitch my service immediately, I spent 3 days studying the community and the Dev.
Then I finally sent him a DM.
I greeted him “𝐍𝐮𝐟𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭” and surprisingly, he replied immediately.
From there on, we had a long conversation about:
➙ Him as a founder
➙ His project (if it’s his first project)
➙ His vision for the community
I appreciated the effort he was putting into building the project and making the community active.
Then I asked him a very important question
“𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲?”
He shared several things they had already tested that didn’t work out.
After listening carefully, 𝐈 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞.
And he loved them.
He even thanked me for the suggestions.
Now here’s the important part…
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞?
➙ It showed that I understood what he was building.
➙ It showed that I understood the community culture.
➙ It showed that I genuinely cared about the project.
➙ It separated me from the random spammers in his DM.
Let’s be honest If you were a founder, would you pay someone who clearly doesn’t understand your project?
The honest answer is capital letter 𝐍𝐎!
𝐒𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲:
➙ Fully understand the project first.
➙ Study the founder and community culture.
➙ Identify what the project is lacking.
➙ Share valuable ideas before trying to sell yourself.
Doing this puts you ahead of 90% of Web3 jobbers.
Thanks for reading to the end. 💙
Should I drop a guide on how to create a proper pitch next…?
Most launchpads were built to extract.
Users pay the fees.
Snipers take the supply.
Liquidity gets drained.
Teams disappear.
Retail becomes exit liquidity.
LaunchFair is one of the first protocols I’ve seen actually redesign the incentive layer itself.
• Fees compounded back into LPs
• Higher launch MCAPs to reduce sniper dominance
• Harder bundling mechanics
• Community-owned revenue share
• No VC extraction model
This isn’t just another launcher.
It’s an attempt to rebuild Solana DeFi infrastructure around sustainability instead of short-term farming.
If they execute correctly, this could shift the entire launchpad meta.
The most dangerous thing to monopolies is aligned users.
I think @0xElude is cooking something amazing with @launchfairapp
