If you’re going to live happier, you may have to tune some things out. You can’t take in negative all the time and stay in faith. The Scripture says, “Think on things that are of a good report, things that are positive, hopeful.” Our thinking has a lot to do with our happiness.

A key to faith is trusting when you don’t understand, trusting when you don’t have the answers, trusting when it seems like it’s just the opposite of what you were hoping for.

When you stay in faith even when you don’t have the answers, when you believe even when every thought says there’s no way, God will show out in your life. He’ll cause you to defy the odds and go places you couldn’t go on your own.

What God will speak to your spirit, many times, will be so big, so far out, that it’s easy to dismiss it and think there’s no way. We end up burying alive all these big dreams and awesome things God wants to do.
