@UBACares this is indeed a standard process when I know someone that did with the same bank within 3weeks. Everything in Nigeria has to be done with frustration. We've been on this God forsaken queue since 9thh of May and CBN directive says 28days/month for school fees form A.

@UBAGroup My sister submitted her "form A" since 9th of May. Her ref quote for email: 9971334. The cbn has confirmed even though forex is scarce, formA for school fees should take 28days/1month. She knows someone that did and got hers within 3weeks. Shall we ESCALATE this?
