@TradeLikeBerlin I have a strategy that works, but on red days I can’t accept even small losses. I keep trying to recover them, end up revenge trading, and wipe out my profits. I already have huge past losses. How did I overcome this mindset?
@TradeLikeBerlin That usually leads to overtrading, revenge trading, and much bigger losses, wiping out not only the day’s loss but also my previous profits. How do you overcome this mindset? How do you stop yourself from chasing losses and stay disciplined enough to stick to your proven strategy?
@TradeLikeBerlin I have a trading strategy that I genuinely believe has an edge and has been giving me consistent results in my primary market. The problem is that I keep getting distracted by other markets, especially commodities, where I’ve made significant losses.
@TradeLikeBerlin On top of that, I carry the psychological burden of my past losses. Whenever I have a green day, I’m satisfied and stop trading. But on a red day, even if the loss is small, I feel an intense urge to recover it immediately.

@EJ_sova Well that’s something shocking but am sure height and speed at which impact was caused also plays important role.
Anyways I think USA is very much capable to find the truth.
