@AmazonHelp Accessing the website on a regular browser works perfectly fine for me. The only issue I've faced up until now has been while using the mobile app.

@AmazonHelp Yes, after forcing the app close it still show the same error code. The same can be said about using my moblie data instead of home WIFI.
