Retail companies need to rethink customer service training. Reps sometimes ramble about things unrelated to what customers need. If I ask about my order, I don’t need a promo pitch—just get to the point!
I think brands need to be held accountable for bad services. Horrible experience with @UHC. It’s my second day calling them regarding my dental insurance and the responses I have been getting does not make any logical sense
