@janabank EMI bounce charges issue is still not resolved! Noida branch is ignoring my problem and just sending me from one branch to another. Very disappointed with this service. Please look into this immediately!

My EMI is scheduled for auto-debit on the 5th of every month. Only 2 EMIs debited successfully, but for 3 months, it didn't debit despite adequate funds, and now I'm wrongly penalized with bounce charges.
Need an urgent solution.
