ANYWAYS , I started working out and eating better the last 3weeks and I’ve lost 6lbs , also I see my muscles coming in so even though the scale isn’t going down much I’m also seeing gains 💪🏼😌 thanks for coming to my ted talk about weight gain lol

Venting moment , I went from 140lb before pregnant to 140lb at the end of my pregnancy because I was really sick during so I didn’t gain anything. While breastfeeding I gained soooo much weigh to keep my milk supply since I was eating high calories. I hit 160 🥲
