🚨 BREAKING NEWS: A dispute over a parking space outside a Walmart in North Lauderdale, Florida, turned deadly when a 62-year-old man was fatally shot.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Bart Diguglielmo was shot during an altercation with a woman in the parking lot. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. Investigators say the woman stayed at the scene, cooperated with law enforcement, and claimed she acted in self-defense. No charges have been filed at this time as the investigation continues. The case will ultimately be reviewed by the Broward State Attorney’s Office.

More information is expected as the investigation develops.

🚨 16 children rescued from “horrific” conditions after being confined to one small room for years in Ohio.

The children, ages 1.5 to 18, were found living in extreme squalor inside a home in Hamden, Vinton County. Officials described them as appearing “almost like feral animals.” Some couldn’t speak, and the 18-year-old reportedly couldn’t even spell her name. The conditions were so bad the children were “literally about to fall through the floor.”

Four family members the parents and grandparents were arrested after a search warrant by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

They face 17 felony counts of child endangering. Several children were hospitalized in serious condition.

Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson said he had never seen anything like it. This case shows how long-term, multi-generational abuse inside a family can go undetected for years. What systems need to improve so these situations are caught much sooner?

🚨 Man charged with felony after recording a boy in a bathroom stall at Woodfield Mall.

54-year-old Samuel Nutt of Rolling Meadows was arrested after witnesses confronted him inside the restroom. Schaumburg police say he used his phone to secretly record the minor urinating in an adjacent stall.

He’s been charged with unauthorized videotaping of a minor and is due back in court on July 24.

Witnesses (including teenagers) didn’t let him walk away they held him until mall security and police arrived.

This is a reminder that predators operate in everyday public spaces. What should parents be teaching their kids about speaking up when something feels off in public?

🚨 Former Ohio deputy convicted on 124 counts of child sexual abuse material

Justin Bennett, a former Fayette County Sheriff’s deputy, was found guilty on 124 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

The charges include 12 second-degree felonies and 112 fourth-degree felonies. He now faces up to 250 years in prison at sentencing next month.

A father who RAPED his own young daughters and a mother who helped abuse their children forced their 10-year-old to sleep on plywood in a locked bathtub with no window then fled and hid on the Appalachian Trail after she died in a fire started by her brother trying to ESCAPE the abuse!!!!

William McCue, 51, and his wife Carina were living in Georgia.

In Georgia, McCue subjected his children to horrific abuse: beaten, forced to wear shock collars, made to stand naked on cinder blocks for hours or even days at a time, forced to use Lowe’s buckets instead of toilets (emptied only once a week), and never allowed to go to school or be homeschooled.

His oldest daughter testified that he had been raping her and her younger sister since they were young girls.

McCue was convicted of felony murder, two counts of rape, three counts of aggravated child molestation, and two counts of incest.

He was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole, followed by a fourth life sentence, then a consecutive 120 years in prison.

Carina McCue was sentenced to 90 years.
