NEW: 3-month-old puppy tries chasing after his owner after getting abandoned in a parking lot in California.

Pure evil.

Security footage shows the dog getting abandoned in Fresno, California before the owner speeds off.

The dog was clearly confused and nearly got hit by a car as the owner sped away.

Management in the mobile home park where the dog was abandoned was able to catch the dog and bring him to safety before animal control arrived.

The dog is friendly and available for adoption according to animal resource officer Rudy Pina.

Let's find this dog a home!
