K so I've been in and may still likely be in a couple and yeah it starts to feel like a task and not genuine eg and I just can't when it feels too task like. I had more SB when I was in groups too as it's a balance of who you interact with as well. I've honestly found natural genuine eg as I scroll the TL to be the most beneficial overall. Support all my moots but also engage in what resonates with my as an individual and what aligns with my values is far more productive overall.
