@UPSPolska please just send our things to us.

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@UPSPolska please just send our things to us, there’s no one in Romania for them@to go back to. I don’t know what more you want from me and neither does @UPS

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@ups @UPSPolska june I shipped the last of my families belongings from Romania to Cali except twice now @UPS cleared them but @UPSPolska returned to Romania-Last week paid an extra $176 and had to write an inventory in Polish-I don’t speak Polish

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@ups I was told my parcels were stuck in Poland. Shipping agent from @ParcelABC says they’re returning to Poland. UPS said my papers are good, ups is telling parcelabc they’re not.I shipped these packages from Romania 2+ months ago.had 3 ups agents promise emails I never got.

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@ups thanks, I was transferred to a phone that never stops ringing. Are you understaffed?

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@ups I’ve spent more time on phone with your customer service than doing anything else this past two weeks and not one of my calls or messages were returned as promised. I had a message last week these items would be delivered last Tuesday. Now they’re returning to Romania?

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@UPS are my parcels even still in tact? Or have people helped themselves to my family photos? $700 for two packages of memories and you’re not delivering.

[princess shannon @princessshannon]

@UPS I sent myself two parcels of the last of my family belongings from Romania to California $350 each. They’ve been held hostage 2 mo in Poland and after 20 inventory lists I’ve sent they’re being returned. Returned to? How about sending them as paid?
