You cant apply for pip online. You have to ring them up, get sent a booklet you have to fill in by hand, then send it off. Then you have to wait for them to call you. Then you have a telephone assessment or in person. Then you have to wait for your letter of decline lol
It's this easy to get PIP. If you're a scrounging liar.
A caller into @TalkTV says he's perfectly fit and healthy but just to see how easy it is to play the system, he applied for PIP online, making up a few answers on the claim form.
He's just been awarded £170 a month. Without ever having to speak to anyone, see anyone or have a doctor confirm his 'ailments'.
He's now going to 'phone them and admit what he's done and refuse the payments. Because he's honest.
But as we know, hundreds of thousands aren't. And we're being fleeced by these scroungers.
I have a spinal issue. I walk with a stick. I am in constant pain. They wouldn't give me the extra point I needed to qualify because the person who cooks for me cooks for herself as well (and that i should eat at the STOVE on a perching stool if I cant walk)
Go on then. Go through the assessment, try and get your easy money. Document it for all of us please so we can all see how easy it all is.
Weird how no newspaper has done this before, given how desperately they want to expose PIP?
